Very good

We stayed at this property for three days and had a very good time. The room is really very nice and furnished down to the smallest detail.
The owner made herself available immediately. Excellent location just a few meters from the Vatican.
Good quality/price, we will definitely be back!!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Bad experience. Very poor cleaning, soundproofing with exterior and between rooms non-existent, very rude host.
Key collection at another address without registration of documents.

Fraudster

Thief, swindler, charlatan. Don't fall for it! It advertises the place falsely. In reality she sends you to a dump worthy of her. I have proof and I won't stop.
I paid for one of those nice rooms that you see described in the ad, but in reality you will go to one of the ones that I put up the photos!

Disastrous experience.

Do not trust. We paid for a stay that had nothing to do with reality... it is a complete SCAM. He takes advantage of foreigners. She gave us a room of much lower quality than the one we had paid for, she doesn't show her face and is very rude.
What a shameless person!!!
Luckily we were able to demonstrate what was happening to us and booking.com offered us a much better alternative.
Luckily it couldn't ruin our trip, but I know it did for many people.
I do not wish on anyone the anger and sorrow that we went through until they helped us, this lady does not show her face at any time.
Save yourself the bad treatment and find another accommodation.

Don't let them fool you

TOTAL SCAM: the room was not the one we had booked months before, not even the address and the characteristics of the room matched, far from it. The host never showed her face and was super arrogant on WhatsApp. We picked up the keys in a store near the room that she really wanted to assign us and without hesitation when we complained she told us what we had to do if we didn't leave. We arrived late after spending a long day in Rome and tired, and the last thing we expected to find ourselves in this situation. Spaniards, don't let them fool you, don't book with these gentlemen from Vaticanspace Room.
