Nice hotel, but a pity about the services.
I had paid for my stay in advance online, yet upon arrival they asked for my credit card, claiming it was "for security." Security for what? I have already paid? Well, whatever... No information about the Wi-Fi, and in fact, I did not use it because I did not know the password. In the room, some lights were not working, the drain plug of the shower was simply placed there, and as soon as I stepped on it, it came off, cutting my foot. On the first day, when they cleaned the room, instead of adding another roll of toilet paper, they took one away. There was no bidet, and the toilet paper was finished... Fortunately, I had tissues.
On the first morning, we had breakfast in the room on the ground floor. On the second morning, we returned to the ground floor, and instead... Surprise!!! You have to go have breakfast on the first floor. Great!!! We went to the first floor, and: the fresh milk was finished, the fruit juice was finished, and the beverage dispenser was not working. No one asked us if we wanted a cappuccino, a coffee, or anything else from the bar.
We returned to the room after breakfast to get ready to go out, and the cleaning staff entered the room without knocking. Fortunately, we were dressed.
I am sorry, but I will not return.

This hotel is a very poor choice for travellers who expect good food or good service.
We stayed here for 4 nights and ate breakfast and dinner as part of a tour.
The restaurant was very poor more like a prison mess hall no windows no atmosphere very poor food and slow surly service. Breakfast was stale pastries powdered egg scrambled old ham fried up. Coffee was from a machine that worked when it felt like it. Requested fill up of tea was told no more tea available and that we should leave now as they were busy. Last day waiting for our transfer back to the airport we sat in the empty bar area only to be told to move if we didn't order anything. Rude women I asked for the manager who said we could stay!
Dinner was very poor no choice and stale/cold service was slow and the main thing they wanted was to get us out.
Avoid at all cost not friendly not a place to enjoy Italy.
