The location is excellent, within walking distance of Piazza Barberini and very well connected by bus, making it easy to reach most of Rome’s main attractions. The room was spotless, comfortable, and full of the charming atmosphere of historic Rome.
A special thank you to Giulia, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Since our flight was late in the evening and the room was not booked for the next day, she kindly allowed us to keep it until much later. This made our last day in Rome so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated her thoughtfulness.
On our last morning, when we went to pay the city tax, we discovered that breakfast was available. We enjoyed it in a beautiful, romantic room with a lovely view. The breakfast included excellent coffee, delicious tarts, and a great variety of food.
Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Roman holidays ...excellent
2025 ..everything perfect ..bed and breakfast with the same characteristics of a 3-star hotel ..with clean rooms, helpful staff, hearty breakfast and centrally located, strategically close to metro and bus stops to visit
Rome. The structure is equipped with advanced technology as the rooms and the street door open by means of codes making everything faster. The owner Giulia sweet and extremely available even at a distance.
We will definitely return.
