Ideal for being close to Termini and Opera

It is a first-class Guest House, close to Termini and Santa Maria Maggiore.

Clean rooms. Staff were excellent!!! The room was beautiful and had everything you needed. Air conditioning was great. Thank goodness!! It was scorching hot outside. Close enough to the train station but yet far enough to be away from the business. Cafes and restaurants just outside the door.

The staff are informative, enthusiastic about Rome and proud to make recommendations about food, tourist visits and general support for our stay. The air conditioning existed and worked incredibly well within our room. This was a relief with the temperature being so high. The room was expertly cleaned and well maintained. The shops cafes and restaurants were all you could hope for and more.

Amazing small, clean hotel with soundproofing rooms. Super modern look and very comfortable mattress and AC. I really loved our stay there, after walking all day in beautiful Rome we were coming back to, turning AC and sleep very comfortably. Location is in the safe area and very close to all the Rome attractions💙 I really appreciated that all the stuff are very nice and they helped me to get the transfer from airport to hotel. The driver was waiting for me outside with my name and drove us very carefully and comfortably on black Mercedes. Helped me with luggage and KISSED me, with all Italian welcoming feeling. It was something else 💙

We were absolutely delighted with our stay here, the room was immaculate and well appointed, the air conditioning was great and the staff had made sure the room was cool for us arriving. The WiFi was strong, the TV wouldn't connect to the internet or allow us to watch our Netflix, but this is the only negative of our stay and wasn't any real discomfort. The bed was really comfortable with extra bedding available and a wee safe for valuables in the cupboard. The staff were so incredibly genuinely friendly and helpful, Patrizia greeted us on arrival and just had everything sewn up and great reccomendations for food and experiences both locally and across the city. Myself and my partner were so taken with the place we have booked to come back and stay again in a couple of months. Delighted to be returning and we cannot reccomend this enough for comfort, convenience and value with great staff!! Cant wait to come back!!
