Perfect for tourism

Clean hotel, helpful staff. Simple but complete breakfast. Really convenient area near the station and the metro, with several restaurants and bars for dinner. Definitely satisfactory value for money. Comfortable room for 4, without bunk bed.

Cancel reservations

Beware , they cancel bookings through Booking with absurd excuses , such as overbooking , restructuring etc. and then put it back on the site with a higher price .

Not pleasant

Not pleasant experience: Non-soundproofed rooms, low electricity output (the meter tripped three times in a single night), little cleaning, dirty walls, bathroom and floor, absence of sheets but only a mattress topper and a quilt with an unpleasant smell. Absence of insufficient soaps and towels. Very warm rooms. Not recommended

Complicated but pleasant welcome
A NON-EXISTENT soundproofing, and a complete black IMPOSSIBLE. Lots of noise at all hours, difficult to have a good night.
A fridge is at your disposal. So are the towels.
Free to move with the keys at any time, the hotel is well located, everything is more or less within 30min walk.

Hotel near Termini

We have just come from Rome and have been to this hotel 15 minutes walk from Termini station, which is where practically all tourists arrive and 20 minutes from the Colosseum.
Good service and clean rooms.
If you are going to Rome and do not want to leave a paston to stay in the center of Rome, this is highly recommended.
