Great location, but facing surprises during the stay

The location is excellent, very near to all main points of interests in Rome. Despite tbis, we faced the change of the owner, meaning removal of furniture and stuff from the rooms, including some from ours, this being unpleasant at least. Regarding this issue, poor/difficult communication with the "first" owner when we tried to clarify, leaving us the impression that we were asking for some great favour. Moreover, the running water pressure was really low and several times no hot water, needing to wait long-long time to have some.

Amazing!

I totally recommend this place. The location it’s fabulous and the rooms and bathrooms are big, very clean and just superb.
Haven’t met the owner, but she was very supportive with any questions we had. She even went the extra mile giving directions and helping every time.
I will be definitely go back and book for this hotel next time in Rome.

Signori si nasce

Prenotato in questa struttura per la vicinanza al luogo di nostro interesse, scelta anche per le recensioni, su non ricordo quale sito, dove elogiavano la pulizia, cosa di primaria importanza per noi quando cerchiamo una camera. Sono arrivato prima di mia moglie, ed avendo bisogno del bagno ho fatto la mia prima brutta scoperta. Il water era sporco e lo scopino del water lo era ancora di più (foto annesse). Un’occhiata sommaria alla camera comunque mi rincuorava fosse solo una svista, ritenevo comunque importante avviare il mio contatto con un messaggio e come risposta mi diceva che non era mai successo e le dispiaceva molto. Comunque essendo già quasi tardi uscivo per andare incontro a mia moglie libera dal suo impegno per andare a cena. Rientrati verso le 21, l’occhio di una donna ha notato quello che io non avevo visto... sotto il letto c’erano dei cassettoni con le ruote premi di polvere, peli e capelli e tolto i cassettoni sotto il letto c’era veramente di tutto. Sotto ogni cosa che spostavamo nella stanza c’era polvere e sporco, cosa che lasciava trasparire una pulizia superficiale e per nulla attenta. Di questo informavo il contatto, rivelatosi poi la proprietaria, la quale proponeva prima di lasciare liberamente la struttura, poi messa di fronte all’orario poco favorevole per trovare un’altra sistemazione mi proponeva di controllare un’altra stanza, ma era nelle medesime condizioni. Rimango veramente allibito, di come un proprietario di un B&B non trovò il modo di scusarsi, anche offrendo il pernotto, a chi come noi, in un periodo così difficile per il turismo, sceglie di dormire fuori casa. Tengo a precisare che le foto che pubblico le ho inviate nel momento fatte, alla proprietaria.

Ottimo e pulito

Struttura molto vicina alla Corte dj Cassazione! Pulita e confortevole! Proprietario gentile e premuroso. Consigliatissima per via della posizione comoda per chi deve recarsi per lavoro presso la Cassazione e per le modalità con cui viene gestita
