Situated 1 min for Metro Line A with easy connections to all major attractions. Stafg were amazing and let us check in at 11am when we arrived to drop bags.
Room had AC and a mini fridge which waa really appreciated in the heatwave.
Local cafes w mi use walk serving excellent coffee and pastries
Super helpful staff provided all the information we needed to have an excellent stay.
Would definily be back when staying in Rome.

Friendly service from Carlos, great location just a short walk (500m) from Termini Train Station, Rome, many restaurants nearby, laundry nearby, soundproof windows, kitchen facilities to prepare breakfast or a snack, fair price.

This was one of the best stays we had while in Italy! The staff were really lovely, and the bed was like a cloud. The place was nice and clean and the property felt really secure.
Metro was more or less on the property’s doorstep, which made it easy for getting around.
The air conditioning was a dream, especially due to the weather getting into the 30s some days, and lovely big windows that actually open.
The showers temp did take a short while to adjust, and it does unfortunately lack natural lighting due to being under an arch (can’t be helped).
Highly recommend staying here!

I should have read the reviews with more care. This was not what we expected. Very very basic. Very clever photography that suckered me in unfortunately. Friendly enough staff and clean but poor facilities, poorly decorated and tired. The photos are deceiving and if they ever were, are no longer true to how these rooms are presented. We won't be back unfortunately.

The staff were so lovely and very helpful in everything we needed. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is very central and in walking distances to the train station and the Colosseum. We loved our stay and will definitely be back again.
