Our room had ample space for three, including a good-sized bathroom. The AC was very good and very necessary! We were also grateful for the elevator.
It was a little hard to find the first time because its small front door blends into the street, but Francesco was quick to help us get in. It was a short walk to the Colosseum, and many other attractions weren’t much further. We only had to walk about 10 minutes from the main Termini train station. I would stay here again!

Do not recommend!

I would like to share an experience about Just Chilling in Rome. Unfortunately my accommodation was not the best. The room they make the advertisement does not match what I stayed in, we were in 3 adults, I booked the triple room but the room and the bathroom box were tiny. We were banging in the room. I barely had a place to hold my bags. To make it worse, my daughter's bed was on the floor in a corner of the room between walls. She had to step on the bed to lie down and get stuck between walls. Oh, bad. They said sofa bed and no mattress on the floor.
Could be a little worse, two days we had to take a bath with an electric kettle and wash our hair in the sink because the shower water didn't get hot. The excuse was that he blecauted the light and stopped the boilers and didn't come back. How precarious that is.
As there was no one in the place because it was not hotel system, we only had response or assistance, the next day after 10:00 and solution during the day.
I do not recommend.

I consider more of an Airbnb than a hotel. But everything was well organized, clean and with a beautiful view.

Perfect

Beautiful apartment in a great location, The room was clean and bed was super comfortable, The room had everything we needed for two nights in Rome. We had a wonderful stay and we’ll definitely recommend to others and return in the summer.
