The Sleepers – Central location, essential style. Friendly and helpful staff

Located in Via Urbana, in the heart of the Monti district, I Dormienti is a short walk from Cavour Metro and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. It offers an ideal location for exploring Rome on foot.
The rooms are simple and functional: comfortable beds, air conditioning, private bathroom, minibar and free Wi-Fi. The style is spartan but welcoming, perfect for those looking for practical and well-located accommodation with no frills.
The staff is helpful and friendly, ready to provide information and assistance during your stay.
In summary, I Dormienti is a convenient choice for those who want to stay in the center of Rome with a good value for money.

Nice accommodation, central yet quite quiet

The rooms are tidy - though not without quirks, the service somewhat restrained but friendly. The bed is comfortable and in the hallway you can make a coffee in the morning. The Wi-Fi sometimes weakens, the corridor doesn't seem very inviting, but otherwise ok for a city break.

Drama

Avoid this place, it's dirty and unpleasant, it's not the same tenement house as in the photos, it's scary to go there. You feel like everything is about to collapse, there is a very unpleasant smell of damp and sewage all the time, the street noise is very bothersome
The staff did everything they could, very good WiFi

8th time Rome - worst apartment

So the location and situation are great (the location is really quiet), the staff are friendly, but the apartment is still a disgrace in terms of price/performance.
The Ikea bed linen is on a really dirty underbed sheet, which was removed after a complaint. So now you're lying directly on the dirty mattress, only separated by a very thin piece of fabric.
Now on the second evening the float is hanging from the toilet, so the water runs through and over the stopper every few seconds. Super pleasant (sarcasm), after complaining that you can't sleep here (unfortunately really loud) and my wife is pregnant, we're told to leave the next morning. Based on the push plate, which is stuck on with adhesive tape, you can see that this isn't the first time the problem has arisen.
Now, just after midnight, we're actively looking for alternative accommodation so we can get out of here.
I can really only advise everyone not to book this accommodation. Room number 2 (deluxe room on booking...) is completely rubbish, dirty and in urgent need of renovation.

Great Location and Helpful staff /Joy/

If you are looking for clean room and affordable prices / also nice , big room then this is for you. Good for 2 or 3 people, I was with my 2 friends and the room was big enough for us. The staff was really helpful esp Joy, we arrived early in the morning and were exhausted but they let us leave our belongings there, made tea for us and even we were lucky enough to get early check in. Location is great both for getting from Termini station and close to main attractions. We were able to see nearly all sightseeings just by walking. Summing up - clean, nice staff, great location, big room for us, treats. Just one thing- if you are a bit irritated by the noise from outside, that could be bummer, but I was enjoying Italians speaking outload, my friend did not, so tastes differ. ) but we could clearly hear the noise from the streets even closing the window, but as I say, I did not pay any attention to that, This is Italy !!! It's not Vienna or other quiet city :D
Thank you, have already recommended to some of my friends and other people who asked for the recommendation.
Wishing you a great day and hope to repeat my trip once again.
