The hotel is the best!!! The reception and customer care are excellent. Clean rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast and cleanliness. Beautiful Christmas atmosphere. The fireplace always lit a nice cuddle!

The night receptionist was a delightful gentleman who recommended me an excellent white wine from the hotel bar.
Breakfast was also good.

The hotel and staff were very nice, hotel was clean. Older looking. Breakfast was limited options but the waitress was really on top. It is quite far from everything but the bus stop is right across. I guess it all depends. With family sightseeing I wouldn't recommend.

The staff was Amazingly helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The outside is charming and well kept. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great communication from the property. They arranged for a shuttle to take us to the airport the following morning, and because we left prior to breakfast time, they provided us with cornetto's and juice to go. It was a bit out of the way - 75 Euros for a taxi - so I wouldn't recommend this as a place to stay if you want to be near city center. But if this is the area where you want to be, I highly recommend it.
