Good value for money

As per the title, while sharing the opinions on the suboptimal condition of the rooms however they seemed clean. It is in a convenient area for parking, it is true that it is far from the tourist area but in a convenient and quiet area, to reach the tourist area just take the bus 444 that leads to Ponte Mammolo for the subway or the 404 that leads to the metro rebbbia

Breakfast denied (paid for)

It is not the first time that I stay in this hotel, sincerely, apart from a little lack of cleanliness, all in all.... but what happened this time, I do not know who to attribute the happened. I had booked about twenty days before, through Agoda and as in all my reservations, I always insert strictly complete with breakfast. We go down for breakfast and the person in charge asks us for the room number and tells us that breakfast is not included, stuff you can't believe, I don't know by whom there was this sleight of hand "SIM SALABIM" It's years, decades that I book has never happened such a thing, by whom? The highlight was that there was not even a hint of collaboration in being able to contact those who paid for the structure... nothing. Finally, we had to make an espresso accompanied by a mini croissant, moreover paying more than usual, without taking into account the incredulous magic game that took place! Honestly, I don't know if I'm going back to this rather icy hotel!"

BAD FIGURE

I booked and offered a 2 day stay to relatives passing through Rome to whom I particularly cared. I trusted this 4-star hotel, praised on the site, but I changed my mind. I fly over the room very dated, but clean. In the bathroom the drain did not work and nothing was done to fix nor was a room change proposed. In the evening, on return, I am told that the room was not made, bed undone and towels on the ground. Made known to the night porter who could only provide clean towels. In the morning, despite the apologies of the receptionist who apologized admitting that there had been a mistake on the part of the hotel, I find it unacceptable that these mishaps take place in a hotel with 4 same, moreover in the morning from 7 am a go-ahead of cleaning staff who spoke loudly in the corridors, is not tolerable. Nothing to say about the kindness of the staff, but given the embarrassing situation, the mishap, the discomfort suffered, in addition to the apology, could not perhaps offer a coffee? What happened to the Roman reception?

The room is tiny, without even a bedside table, when I happened to sleep in a larger one the windows were broken and without the possibility of opening them, which means that no airs ever enter that room. Moisture on the ceiling and walls, the walls are made of paper, you can hear everything the person staying in the other room says without the possibility of sleeping peacefully. The structure needs to be renovated, the taps are old, the showers tiny.
The only positive point is the guys at the reception

Bad experience for a fourth star

Suction bathroom broken bad smell from other rooms .box shower inadequate measures .placed in a dormitory neighborhood not suitable for tourism the rest can be seen from the photos I send enlarged on the photo .Spending much less you stay in better places.
