Helpful staff. Nice location as it was close to everything therefore easy to get around however the immediate area around the ground-floor entrance felt a bit rough as there were some loitering that made it feel less comfortable as we are two young women staying here.

I do not have so high expection with the hotel but Atlest the hotel should have soap inside the bathroom, but the soap container were filled with water. Stayed at a room with 4 single beds and two of it under the pillow were insect . My kids were afraid to sleep. I went to the reseption to ask for soap but it wasn’t available. Went outside at the middle of the night to buy soap. Only 1 roll of tissue inside.

Probably one of the worst sleeps that I have had on a three month trip. The air-conditioning straight up does not cool the road but it provides plenty of noise while you're trying to get to sleep. This may have been the first air-conditioning unit ever invented it's that old they advertise the room as a double and a twin what we ended up getting was to supposed to doubles. They are simply two twin beds pushed together and the minute you lie on them they push apart it's like trying to sleep in the Grand Canyon. There's no safe in the room and you certainly don't feel safe in the Room. I cannot imagine anybody would use this hotel for more than a quick one night stay before heading out to the airport or some other destination in Italy. It's one advantage if it's very close to Roma termini.

The location is great, close to Roma Termini. Had elevator, but still need to climb stairs to room. Was clean and staff was great. Bath condition was poor with toilet seat totally detached.

Close to the high speed rail, I was happy with the accommodations. I think the beds were manufactured before the colosseum was built because there were extremely uncomfortable! I dont think my air conditioner worked? I turned it on and its started blasting hot air. Maybe it wasn’t even an air conditioner…lol
The area is rife with drugs and homeless. When I was leaving early to catch the train there was a lot of junkies leaned up against the door hanging out but when they saw me coming they politely got out of the way and didn’t hassle me.
