Nice hotel
A nice hotel close to the city centre and close to the Vatican!! Quiet area with many shops and restaurants.. the hotel very good and clean! There's room to sit in the lounge for some table.. it was very nice!

Except for the excellent location, the discreet cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism of the staff. Everything else needs to be reviewed. The structure is so decadent that it borders on sadness and deserves a thorough renovation. I was hoping for at least a comfortable bed, but not even that...

Dated , with no atmosphere
No atmosphere, dated furniture and little or no amenities, mediocre staff and poor plumbing. It’s a standard B&B at best. Don’t stay here if you looking for dinner or a buzz . It lacks character and rooms are very basic considering the price of over €600 for 3 nights

I have to stop going abroad, where 4-star hotels offer cheap and fair rooms.
The Cicerone is a hotel located in a good location, which appears modern and efficient upon entry, but when you enter your room (at least mine) you discover it needs a good refresh.
Breakfast was normal (not to mention there was better), "marred" by a high volume radio which it was unclear who needed it.
