Hotel of horrors

It was a graduation trip. The hotel was horrible, nothing like the photos. Windows at street level were broken, switches with exposed wires, dirt, bugs (the kids returned with bedbug bites and even a scorpion). Eight people sleeping in rooms for six, scarce breakfasts with no options for allergies... in short, a shame of a hotel.
And the hotel management, pseudo-mafiosos, threatening to expel the kids for the complaints (which I believe are more than justified).

DIRTY, TERRIBLE

It is rated with one point because it cannot be rated lower. Our children have been staying during their end-of-year trip in Rome and have found dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, bugs, a scorpion in one room, and they have had to change rooms. It is not a recommended place to stay in ROME. DO NOT GO

The worst place I have ever been.

The worst place I have ever been in my life; dirt, mold in the bathrooms, dirty sheets and mattresses, walls with blood stains, terrible breakfast. It was a true nightmare.

Horrible.

Many hygiene issues, dirty mattresses, bugs, broken furniture, they do not clean the rooms, and the bedding and bathroom items have stains.
