The property is located in a secondary dead-end street on the right of Via Trionfale . Arriving from the Galleria Giovanni XXIII or Via Trionfale, to take this road you must be very careful as cars and vehicles arrive from the right at high speed coming from Via del Forte Trionfale. Mah...! The price: last year we paid 80.37 e., in Deluxe room. After about a year the price has risen to 116.10 e. , in Standard room... (plus tourist tax 10 e.) . An increase of about 36 euros, in a lower level room. Mah ..! The room: small, blind bathroom, obvious signs of wear on the bathroom door. In the shower inexplicably there are no shelves to place bottles or anything, so when you shower you also do a lot of gymnastics to take the bottle off the ground, up and down ..Mah ...! As soon as we arrive, as we are used to doing, we open the window. There are no mosquito nets , and this in Rome is a nice "problem". We think to "overcome" this by deciding to keep the shutters closed . But we realize that the shutter is broken or defective, so it does not close as it should. The result: the mosquitoes immediately enter the chamber... We notify the reception of the problem , but are told that "I am not aware of the problem ..." . We tell them that if the room had been inspected before delivery to the customer who would have known about it. No response and no subsequent action, maybe a change of room... Result: entire past living room with closed window. Mah ....! We are already at the fourth " Mah...! " . We leave, go back to the room late in the evening and try to use the bidet. Again 'surprise': the bidet is unusable, because it fills with water that does not flow down immediately. We renounce to use the bidet, considering the result and the response received regarding the previous report. Also because at the reception after 20.00 there is no one, basically in the structure from that time until the next morning there is no one to turn to for any kind of problem. Mah ...! Bed: huge and uncomfortable pillows, make you sweat. Breakfast: Number of tables are few in comparison to the potential number of customers, so you may have to wait. Parking: ditto, as the number of breakfast tables. Insufficient number of parking spaces for everyone, so those who arrive earlier, or in the evening return before the others, find a place. The others are forced to park in this narrow alley, where it is difficult even to turn around (it is dead-end) , provided that you can find a place given the concentration of residents . We come frequently to the area for family reasons, but this "experience " will not repeat, we will go elsewhere.
