Eccellente

Ho trovato davvero ottima la Maison Flaminia: si trova in posizione centralissima, in via del Corso, a pochi passi da piazza del Popolo. È ospitata in un palazzo antico e la mia stanza era elegante, raffinata, pulitissima e ordinata; non mancava nulla e mo sono sentita accolta. Ho dormito splendidamente. La sala per la colazione è deliziosa, con un terrazzo pieno di verde, molto carino. Personale molto efficiente. Prezzo ottimo. Ci tornerò.

Do not book, they have cancelled and taken the money from my bank struggling to get it back

Do not book with them, even via another agent like hotels.com they will not honour the booking and have taken payment, which I'm now struggling to get back from my bank for over two months now. Avoid please save yourself the hassle

Booked and cancelled with not refund! Be careful!

Don’t book with them. They will not answer the free cancellation and booking is not taking any responsability. Waiting from my bank any kind of answer. At the moment simply lost money! They will charge you and no answers either email or whatsup!

FRAUDE, ESTAFA.

Nuestra reserva fue cancelada debido a que el hotel estaba supuestamente cerrado, independientemente del COVID. Se nos cargó el importe de la reserva y aún no ha sido devuelto. Además preguntando a la policía de Roma nos ha sido imposible localizar el hotel en la dirección que se indica. NO PAGUÉIS POR ADELANTADO, ES UNA ESTAFA.

ARNAQUE ! Ne réservez pas

1 an plus tard, cet établissement essaie encore de prélever un acompte sur une réservation annulée par ses propres soins... C'est une arnaque. Booking a eu au moins la décence de retirer cet établissement de son catalogue.
