Staff were for the most part very friendly and the room was spacious and well kept. Breakfast could be better but was a lovely stay all the same.

Air con was great, there was a strange sewage kind of smell in my room but I got used to it but wasn’t the nicest. Good mini fridge and very comfy pillows and decent bed. The building is quite outdated but for the price I paid of less than £50 a night it was good. Well located near a good metro station and the main Termini station so very easy if coming from airport or going to different sights. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and would recommend.

In short, the person who rated this hotel three stars might have been homeless or heavily intoxicated. Steer clear to protect your money and your trip!
The experience included very unhelpful staff, a tiny, very noisy room where you hit the wall every time you wanted to move, and a breakfast limited to a few inexpensive, sugary items. The room's refrigerator didn't work, and I had to request repairs three times over three days, eventually fixing it myself. They tried their best to convince me to pay the city tax in cash (for tax evasion purposes); however, since I wouldn't agree, they accepted the card payment after two days of discussion and hesitation, and they showed me faces every time I visited the reception to collect the room keys afterward.
The hotel also felt very outdated. If it hadn't been close to Roma Termini, I would have given it -10 stars.

Great location in Rome. Located very close to the Rome terminal. Shuttle bus wasn't available or at least difficult to get a hold of when you arrive at the airport. Air condition was great. Clean room. But Staff was inconsistent in regards to giving instructions. But overall a good experience.

The Perfect Place to Stay in Roma

I just returned from a six day. Stay at hotel Cambridge in Roma. Everything was perfect. Everybody was so helpful and accommodating, and they even helped me learn a few words in Italian to make the experience better. I highly recommend hotel Cambridge to anyone traveling to Rome and wants to be treated like a part of the family. Thank you to everyone.
