Silent and cute

Very nice B&B, with extremely friendly and helpful staff, at an honest price for the Roman context. So why not top marks? Given that, as happened to me, you will find yourself comfortable, I think that while it is in no way mandatory to have at least one coffee machine in the common lounge could be a small but important addition. Otherwise, however, the place is quiet and in excellent location if you need to stay not far from Monte Mario.

Solid stay in Roma-Balduina

The stay is close to the station Balduina and can be reached easily with the public transport. There are several supermarkets nearby. The stay is in an oldfashioned house with a manual elevator. So the flat door and the interior too. The bathroom was the best part with a nice design and a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was also kinda nice as the whole neighbourhood was. The Vatican was easy to reach by feet and can be also reached with a bus next door. The owner was very nice and allowed me a baggage drop, before my official Check-In.
They have a cupboard with some plates and cups (also instant/plastic) and cutlery as well, unfortunately not a kitchen and nor a sink. The WiFi was unstable and interrupted a lot (source must be outside in the hallway, as the WiFi was there the best). Even my laptop wasn't able to make a stable connection, which rarely occurs.

Dissatisfied.

From a BeB I expect breakfast in the structure, and not that I have to go down to a bar hundreds of meters away at 7 am with a limit of croissant and cappuccino. The site should be updated. Room however comfortable and very quiet area.

pleasant

What they liked · Patricia is certainly very friendly and welcoming.
He also waited for us since arriving by train, we exceeded the maximum check-in time and in the previous days he provided us with valuable information via the messaging service present here on booking
Very pretty building, in a quiet and peaceful location on the Balduina hill. There are 3 rooms each with its own bathroom (not in the room but reserved and in any case well repaired so privacy is respected)
The room was clean, of a suitable size, comfortable bed, minibar and with a nice wardrobe as well as a comfortable chest of drawers. Breakfast service at the bar downstairs and a kind welcome thought.
What we didn't like · The location which is a bit out of the way. It is certainly a valid aspect for the quiet but it has its negative sides in transport: only the bus arrives and, although the stop is very convenient compared to the building, you are in the hands of a service that is not always punctual and certainly with a frequency in the runs of much lower than the metro.
The bathroom lacked a bidet and there was only one bottle of bubble bath of that size, not minisize (so you have to rely on the common sense of those who have used it before), and a hand soap dispenser.
There was also no comfortable mat for when you get out of the shower.

What a pleasent surprise

During my fortnight staying in Rome, I needed a place close to Villa Stuart Hospital. Indeed, Villa Seneca is only 10 min walk from there. Only, I did not know I would find myself in such a sweet and sophisticated place, like this one was. Rooms are beautiful, with stylish furniture, bathroom clean, light and big. Dining room is not so big, but also elegant and with a beautiful view. And, what is very important in Rome, the bus stop is just round the corner, the bus is going straight downtown. Connection with metro stations is also good. The owner, Mrs. Lina is very professional, but also very kind and friendly. Therefore, I strongly recommend this place, no matter if you are on a business trip, or just for tourism. Madam Lina, again best wishes to you and your fine family! Katarina, Serbia

Lina.
