Room infested and moldy, compounded by a lie that made us pay twice.

To be avoided at all costs: unsanitary conditions, double payment, and lies. We discovered an uncleaned room, with visible mold in the bathroom. More seriously, we all suffered multiple bites from the very first night, a clear sign of an infestation. The hotel's management is scandalous: after wrongfully canceling our reservation ("no-show"), the staff lied to us by assuring us that a new reservation would be partially refunded. Result: we were forced to pay twice for the same stay, and the hotel now refuses any refund and no longer responds to our messages. An establishment that is dangerous to your health and dishonest. Do not take any risks

Absolutely NOT!!

I absolutely do not recommend it. The room was dilapidated... even worse was the bathroom... rusty and dirty fixtures. Unacceptable!!!

Terrifying

One Word DEGRADATION!
Dirty rooms, mold and dust everywhere, animals in the rooms..
With my friends we left the apartment that same evening (the owner who is not present does not answer, he lets a foreign boy speak, who poor thing does not understand the Italian language, much less English.)
I don't understand how a search engine can suggest certain environments.
Ps Pay attention to the photos published on their site (they do not correspond to reality).

Terrifying!!!

Visiting for a Roman weekend... stumbled upon this property very close to the Tiburtina station
We arrived around 3.30pm and already around the b&b there was an air of insecurity... surrounded by drunk and shouting people... welcomed into the facility by a kind boy but in slippers and a t-shirt and it was difficult to make us understand... as soon as we entered and we already wanted to escape... smelly environment, a feeling of general dirtiness... filthy... we immediately asked to cancel the booking, what did this entail... at the end of the fair we ran away with our legs in the air... and they were charged the full cost of the stay (2 nights)... I asked the manager for explanations via dedicated messages, but the only answers I received were that I would be contacted the following Monday... today is Thursday!!! To send us not the carabinieri but the nas
