Couldn't Have Chosen a Better Place to Stay

This was our first trip to Rome, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The room was spacious, beautiful, and featured a lovely balcony. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the August heat.
The location was ideal for exploring Trastevere's charming cobblestone streets, restaurants, shops, and incredible gelato. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of many of Rome's most iconic attractions, making it an excellent home base for sightseeing.
Michaela was exceptionally kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She graciously allowed us an early check-in and even arranged a last-minute crib for our granddaughter, which meant so much to our family.
By the time we left, I felt as though I had made a dear friend. If we are fortunate enough to return to Rome, there is no question—we will stay here again. I highly recommend A Trastevere da M.E. to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Great Hotel but Graffiti in Trastevere is a Shame

Great location, nice clean room with comfortable beds. Michaela was excellent with communication.
The negatives:
Trastevere is such a quaint and charming area HOWEVER,.. the graffiti EVERYWHERE detracts from the over-all ambience and experience. It is a shame that the local authorities allow such disgrace in an otherwise beautiful and historic area. As a result. I'm not sure I woulc recommend Trastevere to friends or family BUT,.. if you're going to stay in Trastevere,.. I da recommend this hotel.

"Home" in the Hezen Trasteveres

Michaela and Elisa are just incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. They run their small hotel with all their hearts and spread a very special atmosphere. From the moment of booking, they make you feel like you are already waiting for you to arrive and welcome you. On the spot you will experience one of the enchanting, top renovated, clean rooms in the middle of Trastevere, the most beautiful district of Rome for us. Thank you very much - always again!

This hotel is a winner!! Lovely host, beautiful, roomy, clean, modern room with all the amenities! Elevator works great and right on the edge of all the beauty of Trastavere. Definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat, thank you for the great stay!
