Casa Brancaccio: ormai una certezza

È la terza volta che siamo ospiti di questa struttura. Nelle due precedenti esperienze non avevo avuto modo di fare una recensione. Lo faccio ora, dopo aver sperimentato due diverse soluzioni abitative: la stanza "rande" è la "piccicca", entrambe curate in ogni minimo dettaglio.
Nel primo caso eravamo in tre e devo dire che la sensazione è di essere in una suite dall'eleganza rustica. Ampi spazi, cabina armadio, divano letto comodissimo, cucina attrezzata.
Nel secondo caso eravamo in due e la sensazione è che sia stato tutto studiato a misura per consentire il massimo della comodità pur in spazi contenuti: una chicca il soppalco della zona notte.
Per quanto riguarda la location, per noi di origini leccesi non è stata una sorpresa: centralissima e al contempo vicina ad una delle principali vie di uscita dalla città.
Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Assolutamente da consigliare.

Stunning bedroom ceiling and v central, but v noisy and faulty plumbing

The flat is very centrally located and the bedroom had gorgeous frescoes. But on the first floor on a main road, with windows opening on the road and above a restaurant. So it was noisy. In addition, there was no hot water, the repairs didn't work, they did send plumbers again, but my stay was continuously disrupted, as was my privacy. The plumbing wasn't working when I checked in, and it was a pity that they had not ensured everything was OK before then. The breakfast coupon gives you breakfast at a nearby cafe which is traditional and very nice. But two out of my several days the cafe was closed, and there was no substitute. All in all, though for a quick touristy trip the flat is OK and has some charm, it is overpriced and unsuitable for a quiet or working trip.
