Ideally location, stylish and friendly staff

Oltrarno Splendid was one of the highlights of our trip. We loved the location, which gave us the feeling of living in the neighbourhood while still enjoying all the thoughtful touches and service of a boutique hotel.
Our room was stylish, spacious and full of character, with plenty of room to relax and even a beautiful bath in the room. The design was elegant without feeling impersonal, creating a lovely blend of Airbnb-style living and boutique hotel comfort.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and breakfast was delicious. Everything felt relaxed, personal and well considered.
Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, this really wasn’t a problem at all, as it is surrounded by excellent restaurants for dinner. The location made it easy to explore the neighbourhood and enjoy some wonderful meals nearby.
A beautiful and memorable place to stay, and somewhere we would happily return to.

Above and Beyond!

Perfect location and amazing staff! Situated off the beaten path in a secluded area away from the major city. Room was large, uniquely decorated and very clean. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help with anything we needed. We would highly recommend!

Stylish and cosy B&B with stunning rooms and incredible staff

Had the most delightful stay in this intimate and cosy B&B. Beautifully appointed bedroom in a great location. High above the busy streets of Oltrarno, behind the magnificent door on the ground floor, we felt like we were in a historical oasis. The gorgeous staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast as well. Would highly recommend to anyone staying a few nights in Florence and who wants to stay amongst cool bars, small shops run by artisans and lots of great restaurants but still enjoy peaceful sleep in a stunning room.

I had a wonderful stay at Oltrarno Splendid and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. From the moment I arrived, Davide at the front desk made me feel so welcome. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to offer recommendations or answer questions.
My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Each morning I looked forward to breakfast and a cappuccino from the onsite café—it was such a lovely way to start the day.
The location is another huge highlight. It’s in a fantastic part of Florence, within easy walking distance of all the major sights, while still feeling a little quieter and more local than some of the busier tourist areas.
Everything about my experience exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return.

Wonderful place to stay in Florence - a lot of excellent restaurants and hidden bars to explore. The hotel staff were phenomenal, Davide made our experience exceptional.
