NH Florence
From the very first day I made our booking with NH Florence, the team was incredibly supportive and helpful. I received a detailed email from Claudia, with every little detail we needed to know about the hotel and the surrounding city. It made planning our stay so easy and stress-free.
When we arrived for check-in at around 20:30, David was at reception with a warm smile and a very welcoming attitude. He made our check-in quick and smooth while explaining everything we needed to know about the hotel.
And then came the biggest surprise… ❤️
When we entered our room, we found a beautiful anniversary card and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. What a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise! It was such a lovely gesture and made our anniversary stay even more special. ❤️
We stayed for four wonderful days and truly enjoyed every moment—from breakfast in the morning until we went to bed at night. The friendly team, warm hospitality and thoughtful personal touches made us feel truly welcome.
Even at checkout, we experienced the same wonderful hospitality. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the lovely lady at reception, but she was incredibly helpful and even arranged for us to leave our luggage safely at the Minor hotel in the city so we could enjoy our last moments in Florence without worrying about our bags.
These are the little thoughtful touches that make a hotel stay truly special. ❤️

one night in Florence
We had a very good experience, the reception staff was kind and helpful,
Clean and spacious room,
rich breakfast and even though there were many people, the staff was very helpful and the buffet was always restocked.
Convenient location to the center with a very pleasant walk of about 15 minutes along the Arno river
I hope to return soon

Top-notch breakfast
From the room to the presentation, to the endless selection and the quality of the sweet and savory offerings.... This alone would deserve the highest score. Everything else? Excellent as always, NH never disappoints.
