Horrendous customer service with refusal to fix the Air Conditioning
We were at first charmed by this apartment, but it was short lived once we realized the main AC unit did not work. The temperature inside the main apartment for our week stay averaged 34C/94F. Despite trying to get the property manager and Booking.com to do something, we were completely ignored each day. We purchased fans but it still wasn't enough to gain any comfort. Ultimately we left the apartment on the 4th day for a hotel as it became unbearable. The fact that the property and Booking.com made no attempt to solve our problem is truly galling.
