First time in Ireland

A lovely weekend in Dublin with my daughter. First time in Ireland.
The hotel was clean and modern. A great location with shops nearby and a few places to eat.
Complimentary tea and coffee machines, an ironing room and a gym.
Mihail on reception was extremely helpful providing me with a map and some good local knowledge.

Great service!!!

I had the best experience with Weslley and Lucas when I checked in one night from leaving the airport and having lost my passport!! They were the kindest and most accommodating I forgot my challenging day I had!!they brought a fan to my room and made me a welcome drink. So thankful for Weslley and Lucas!!
Thank you for the best hospitality and making Dublin great!!

Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Very clean. Local to croke park. Convenient parking. Free drinks on arrival. Would recommend

Staff are untrained in hospitality and unhelpful

Awful experience right from the start. We booked the parking, I had to email them a few days before arrival to confirm it was booked and had to argue whether I booked parking in the first place. They eventually apologised and admitted their mistake but yet again on checkin I had to convince the guy that I had parking included, he wouldn’t believe me until I showed him the email chain.
Staff are the worst trained I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Especially the guy on check in, I think his name was Juan but I’m not sure because they’re not wearing any name tags, which is probably why he was so happy being completely rude and unhelpful to me and my family, due to the lack of consequences. Upper management should really enforce some standards here as the staff are stealing a living, anytime we had a standard question for them we were usually met with a puzzled face.
Breakfast is extremely limited, if you are hoping for a full breakfast, don’t. Hot food options are simply sausages hash browns and scrambled eggs. I can get over this because they sort of allude to the breakfast being basic on their website.

Check in was states 3pm on the website. It was after 5pm when we got to the room, and when we did it wasn't set up for the kids sofa bed. So had to again head to reception. No great urgency to get us anyone our room or have the room ready to required standard. Disappointing
