Great staff, peaceful beds

The staff was very clean and the beds were comfotable and allowed for privacy.
All staff members were great, but special mention to Jarek, who was exceptionally polite, friendly and kind. He was often dealing with mutiple people and questions at once, but always remained calm, polite and professional.

Avoid like the plague

Where to start. The ‘studio’ is a hostel not advertised like it is on the pictures. The floors were all stained and disgusting with sticky marks all over, bathroom was mouldy, toilet didn’t work, heating wasn’t on and the radiator did not work. The heater was sparking constantly when turned on. The neighbours were constantly banging on the wall. We checked out the same night and had to buy another hotel as it was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. I have videos and pictures to prove everything stated.

Overpriced and more explanation please of where to go and what to expect in your room

I don’t think there’s enough explanation of where to go and what to expect in your room , I got lost and had to come back down to reception 3 times , and it’s a work out going and down those stairs , I actually couldn’t find my bunk , as it was covered with wood and not a curtain , probably my own ignorance , but then after finding it , I realised I needed a lock so back down again , plus my bunk was was 10 feet off the ground up a ladder , surly health and safety comes in to play here , bed was comfy , but noise from others ie snoring don’t help , comes with pros and cons I guess,

No free cancellation due to sickness possible

I had a bike accident before the trip and asked kindly for free cancellation but they denied. Not very customer friendly . Next time in Dublin I will book another hostel....

Zero star

0 stars. I booked a family trip with my 2 sons and their respective partners. I believed I had booked 2 apartments {each with 1 double bed & 1 sofa bed.} On arrival it became clear the description & pictures misrepresented the set up of the bedrooms. No mention of double bed on an open mezzanine, which is not ideal and an invasion of privacy. This meant I had to book another room for myself. No washing machine,as described. They insist on €100 CASH deposit BEFORE you view room. I reached out to them on these points and was met with negative and unconstructive response.
Our windows did not lock from inside, so we felt unsafe, especially at night because some people were hanging around in front of our windows and on the stairs next to the flat. Awful from start to finish.
