Terrible unprofessionalism
Before leaving, staff told me I would receive a refund for the unused nights. A security guard helped contact management, and based on that promise, I checked out and booked new accommodation. After leaving, I was told the refund wouldn’t be issued, which felt like a complete reversal of what I had been assured.
The accommodation itself was uncomfortable, but the bigger problem was how the situation was handled. Clear communication and honouring commitments would go a long way in improving guest trust and satisfaction.

Hard to find any positives
Negatives:
- The room is bare & worn down. There's one bed, one desk, one plastic chair & wardrobes. No Tv, no extra cushions, no place to eat. Not even a waste basket in the entire room or bathroom.
- The bathroom is really dirty. There were specs of dirt on the toilet lid, the shower floor was dusty, the sink was not clean. The shower did not work properly, the temperature was fluctuating
- The bathroom had an automatic light along with a really loud fan, which would keep going long after you left the bathroom. This could not be turned off.
- no AC, fan or other way to cool down. This, combined with the uncomfortable bed made sleep almost impossible
- There was one light in the entire room, a super bright one that made you either half blind or you had to walk around in the dark
- The area is super sketchy. Other reports talk about attacks. The park nearby is filled with crackheads who eye you as you walk by.
- You can hear everything through the walls. We had to listen to a group constantly slamming doors & talking throughout the nights.
- No information about wifi, cleaning, the area, the facilities when arriving.
- dont even try the vending machines. They dont work. At all.
The worst part happened when 4 men just randomly walked in to our room, which was locked. Their tag worked. Fortunately they were good people who apologized and left but it felt really unsafe that anyone could enter. When we told the staff, they kept repeating: Technically it's not possible and advised us to bar the door with a chair, a chair thas has wheels on it.

Horrible experience and both dissatisfied with the place
then we got switched over to Room without any notice they said they’re gonna send up a maintenance guy but 20 minutes later he switches rooms on us.
but anyway, that’s not the bigger problem Then we got settled into a different room but we found more problems in the kitchen area. half the presses are empty there’s two broken presses , there’s no clean supplies we had to buy our own sponges ,fairy liquid and our own cleaning products, there’s nothing for Cleaning Delph since we got in here into this place there was nothing right in this place and on top of everything are socks that we wore that were white completely turned black in like few seconds because the floor in the kitchen and our bedroom are so filthy that we literally had to wash the floor by hand just to get the dirt off the floors there no mop sticks for the mop heads and no dust pan and brush and we ran out of socks because of how dirty these floors are.
We were charged 50 euro extra for cleaning that we had to do our selfs so we felt ripped off
The hob in the kitchen has been stained and hasn’t been clean that’s why we haven’t used them we just used the oven. the floors were so filthy That the tiles are black we have to use the shower towels and clean the floor.
the on top of that we had to literally wait two days to get our bedsheets changed because we asked them on Wednesday because we’re going to a concert and it took them to the Friday to change our bed and I think that is ridiculous that we have to actually be delayed of our bedsheets and on top of that as well we asked for extra shower towels that took at least a day to get off them There is no cleaners here that actually clean the floors or anything and we have picture evidence to show anyone can see the place is not worth staying . We wanted a good holiday but it turned into chores more than a break so we were treated like students instead of guests. 0 out of 10.
