worst experience with all staff and I felt totally cheap behaviour they have no any manner.

I stayed at your property and had a very disappointing experience.
Firstly, basic facilities were not available. The AC was not working, there was no water supply in the washroom, no intercom facility in the room, and even basic items like towels and pillow covers were not provided despite repeated requests. The room was also not clean.
Whenever we needed anything, we had to repeatedly go down to the reception ourselves. Even after informing the staff multiple times, there was no proper response. The reception staff were often sleeping, not answering calls, or busy on their phones.
When we complained again after several attempts, the staff behaved very rudely and used abusive language. They even threatened us by saying they would falsely accuse us if we raised our voice.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. We booked the hotel online expecting basic services, but the experience was extremely poor and unsafe.

Overall not good for family

Overall good for single person.Dont opt for breakfast. They just cook for the sake of it, not good. All tea cups are broken. Very pathetic kitchen.

"I booked this property for a business meeting, and everything went smoothly. The experience was fantastic— from the food to the ambience, everything was perfect. The aesthetic of the place is beyond words, and we truly felt well taken care of. I highly recommend it!"

Wow stay ever

Silver Key, is truly one of the finest places to stay in Marathahalli. The hotel offers impeccable through out service, and the property itself is absolutely fantastic. I stayed here for four days with my friends, and we had an amazing time. The food was also outstanding, making the experience even more enjoyable.
