Amazing

I had chicken biryani and chilli chicken test is amazing.. room cleaning is good staff are nice all are taking care of all guest specialy ajay he help me many thinks on during my stay time . Thanks for keeping like this typ off staff I really enjoy my staff ..thank you so much mojatel by icon hotel for giving me special treat..

Only basic facilities are there, few lights of the rooms also not working, checked with staff and they told it will take time, not be possible immediately

Overall a very good 6 night's stay and definitely worth the money.

A comfortable and quiet place. The room was spacious, comfortable bed with clean linen, clean toilets and plenty of hot water for shower. The room had a water boiler for tea and coffee. The A/C worked well. Was a big glass window towards the east so we got plenty of sunlight and a small window that can be opened on the south. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room well and the incharged came to check on us if all was good. Two ½ liter bottles of mineral water was given everyday and more could be ordered which was extra charged. Breakfast was nice with south Indian varieties, bread & butter, fresh fruite juice, chocos & cornflakes, boiled eggs.
All the staff was helpful but a bit slow in reception and they could be taught to smile and greet the guests. As I am also in a hospitality business, smiling and greeting guest is highly appreciated and admired by the clients.

I am from csr so my stay was very amazing all staff are very supportive and from reception Ajay and sneha.Breaksfast was good, the room keepers were very good , All of the amenities was very good. It was very nice and pleasant stay. It's a very nice place to stay in Brookefield

Nice room and good location. Staffs are very good. The Front office Manager Mr. Again and Sneha was very polite and Humble. . Rooms are need and clean. Staff behavior excellence. Housekeeping services also good. Thank you for your great support and service Mr. Ajay
