Nice and quiet
We spent few nights in the Passzio Panzio.
The staff was nice and helpful,the breakfast was good and the room was clean.
The area is quiet and the wifi worked well.
We came back sometimes at late (midnight) ,that was no problem.

Omg- negativ place!!!
Unfortunately, this was by far the worst place we have ever stayed at! The staff’s behavior and attitude when we reported that there was no hot water were absolutely unbelievable. We were mocked and even called liars!
Telling us, with a 7-year-old child, to go somewhere else to shower because they “couldn’t do anything about it” was completely unacceptable. Then a staff member came up to our room and denied everything we had said.
The whole situation was an absolute circus. Everything about our experience was negative.
I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Dear Balogh Emi,
We were sorry to read your review.
You stayed 3 nights in our accomodation. On the morning of your check out, you informed us that there is no hot water in the shower, altough there was during the other 3 days. We fixed the issue in 40 minutes, so your child could take a shower before checking out. You demanded a 50% refund of the 3 nights total for this 40 minute wait. We refunded a certain amount, even though we were not obligated to.
We would like to mention, that we are not use to the kind of behavior that you displayed towards the staff that morning. Your behavior and also how you left the room was appalling and beneath contempt.
We were also shocked to discover after your check out that you stole 2 towels. When we confronted you about it, you said "add it to the invoice", so you knew you took them. Shameful.

Disappointing but clean
Stayed here for 3 nights, It proved inconveniently distant from any points of interest. Sadly with no restaurant and few restaurants close by it was a little awkward. Take aways were available. Initially we sensed we were an inconvenience to staff but they did warm to us a little eventually. Best for people with own transport. It was clean however, beds were hard, rooms were tiny. Breakfast was limited for vegans, but there were a few vegetables (chopped peppers and cucumber) available, no vegan fat for bread, only cows milk for coffee but I was able to buy my own cashew nut milk at the local supermarket, but no fridge to keep it cool.

We apologise for the inconvenience about your unpleasant experiences at breakfast. Unfortunately we weren't informed about the fact in advance that you are on a vegan diet, otherwise we have been provided you with the required meal.
Being in a quiet area comes at a cost of a slightly bigger distance from the downtown area, but with only one bus line( 8E, 108E) you can get plain and simple straight to the center. We have only 3 rooms in which there is no fridge, but in case of need we provide our own device at the reception.

On a budget place to stay
First of all I wouldn't call it a hotel, but rather a hostel or a motel. It is clean, there is fast WiFi and parking right in front of the door, but the rooms are small and dark and the walls are thin, which makes it noisy sometimes. The furniture is old but clean. It is a good on a budget place to stay in Budapest.

Korrekt ár, kellemes környezet
Fővárosi munkavégzés alkalmával számtalan esetben szálltam már meg ebben a panzióban a tiszta szobák, udvarias kiszolgálás, kellemes környezet mellett remek ár érték aranyú szálláslehetőség. Csak ajánlani tudom.
