We didn't make use of the hotel facilities tbh so can't comment. Only that on a Saturday evening the bar was closed for a private event, this meant you could not get any drink in the bar or room service and I feel this isn't acceptable. On any other day the bar wasn't open until 5pm.
The price for our stay was very acceptable around £57 pp pn this was a deal on hotels.com
