Good location

Location is very good, close to both Buda & Pest regions. Next to popular street hosting lot of eateries & shops. We booked 1bhk, which had all the basic amenities. Good place to crash, do not expect too much.

Good for younger people!

The location is amazing, but the hostel is quite small and we booked a 6-beds room but got 10-beds room. The reception guy is really nice and frendly (and cute)! I think it's mostly for younger people because I read quite a lot of bad reviews, but I really don't think it was that bad, I stayed for 1 night only tho :)

Overview! Worth reading!

This hostel has only two room, one opens from the other, its advertised having less bed but its more, and no option for private room at all! Too many people and the worst that everybody has one bathroom toilet inside! So good luck if you need toilet urgently!!
Also very hard to find as there are no signs at all! So just be prepared!

Unprofessional and dirty

The rooms are a mess. There's only one bathroom for the whole hostel. The bathroom contains both the shower and toilet. When someone is showering and you need to go the toilet. You have the wait. Very pleasant. The staff are partying people who are broke, and need a place to sleep, so they run a hostel. If you're also broke, this is probably a good place to stay, otherwise I would recommend you to be less cheap, pay more and get more in a better hostel.

My bed was given away. Twice in one day.

I don't even know where to start. From the beginning, I suppose. When I arrived, I was greeted by the hungover receptionist (I didn't realize he worked there because there is no reception area and he acted more like a guest). He took me through to the dorm room, where the other receptionist was passed out on a mattress on the floor. He wasn't sure which beds were free but gave me one to take. He forgot to give me sheets, which I had to remind him of. He and his colleague (a girl) spent the next hour or so lying on the floor mattress talking about how wasted they would get every night. There was a rack of clothes drying in the middle of the room. There were two outlets for everyone to share (8 guests + the two receptionists, who also slept in the room with us). The shower in the one shared bathroom (16 guests + two receptionists) had no curtain or hook for the shower head.
But the coup de grace was on my third day there, when I returned with my friends mid-afternoon to find my bed had been given away to a new guest. Our receptionist's response? With a chuckle, "Oh shiiiiit, man!" was all he could muster. Then he gave me another bed in the next dorm room, which was just a mattress on the floor. When we got back that evening, there were two people asleep on that, too. Thankfully one of the other beds had been vacated that afternoon, so I found a random bed for myself with no sheets.
The only positive things I can say about this place was that it was dirt cheap at $7/night, the staff despite their complete incompetence and lack of professionalism were very friendly, and overall, I guess it was an adventure. Thankfully I was with friends so it provided a good laugh for the rest of the trip, but I would definitely never stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
