Great location but faucets to review!

The location is great facing the sea, a few kilometers from excellent restaurants and the huge beach of Monolithi.
The view is beautiful.
Welcoming is extremely friendly, Georgia and Dimitri are very friendly and always ready to do Service, a pleasure to cross their smile every time we come to the reception.
The rooms include a small kitchen area that allows you to prepare your breakfast.
The terrace has a table and three armchairs, but you can only really enjoy it when the air conditioning is stopped, because the heat produced is unpleasant.
A real negative for this rental: the poor condition of the taps out of age. Taking a shower becomes a real challenge to find the ideal temperature. Impossible... either the water is icy or it is hot in between, there is no possibility.
In addition, the safe in the closet cannot be used for lack of keys. Too bad!

Great location!

The location is exceptional facing the sea and a short distance from very good restaurants. Superb sunset from the terrace of the room. The huge beach of Monolithi is 5 minutes away. Georgia and Dimitris are very welcoming and very friendly. The bedding is very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. Perhaps the taps could be refreshed: the shower mixer is not easy to adjust.

Great welcome, Dimitri who runs it is a very kind host. Functional apartments, with beautiful views and excellent indoor climate. To recommend to anyone who is unpretentious, but appreciates simplicity. Interesting beaches within walking distance

Perfect holiday

Lovely property, clean and well maintained. Surrounded by a beautiful garden great for children. The rooms overlooking the sea are a spectacle, in the evening you can enjoy a wonderful sunset. A few kilometers from the center of prevesa, well connected with lefkada. Dimitris the Owner was really very helpful. What about .. shame we could only stay a week

Great Apartment

Great Apartment in a very good location close to the sea and all amenities close by. Clean and has everything you need. Most importantly: Extremely helpful and friendly host. Totally recommend if you are planning a trip to Greece!
