I wish I could’ve given 5 stars for how great this place was. But I also wish I could give them 1 star for how annoying this was: they put a minimum limit on the Air conditioners to 23° C (75° F). As the minimum! And when I reached out they were not cool about it and blatantly lied repeatedly. All medical professional recommend sleeping between 15°-19° C. So 23° is just outrageous, genuinely so hot at night. In the winter when I am cold I warm my house up to a toasty 21° and they think 23° even counts as cool? I understand they don’t want people to leave them on when they’re out and waste a lot of electricity, but there has to be a better solutions than having it boiling at night. They even had the audacity to say that no one has ever complained before. Every medical professional in the entire world suggests sleeping below 20°! They lied to me, saying that the unit only operates safely above 23° C, as if they forgot I have access to the internet. It took less than a minute to find the instruction manual for the exact model and see it says 17°C is safe. I was always polite, and I even asked if they could offer a small fan, they said no. So I fixed it myself…
All that being said, it was very nice. It had a balcony with motorized sunroof and motorized blinds. The bathroom was very nice. The kitchen was full and nice (other than a microwave). So as much as I was frustrated and hot and wanted to give 1 star, 4 is fair. Would’ve given 5 if they weren’t ridiculous w AC
