Requested and had confirmed that we would have a jacuzzi in the room when we booked. When we arrived our room had no jacuzzi. Asked the staff and they were rude and said that we don't get one. Showed her the confirmation on my phone and she just brushed it off and said that isn't how they do things here. Very disappointed as that is what we paid for and we only booked here due to having a jacuzzi, no offer for a refund or any sort of compensation. Room wall slightly falling a part in our room. Shower and bed were good. Area pretty dodgey. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay and will not be going back anyway.

L’albergo è in una posizione non centrale, con pochi servizi e non molto sicura.
Le camere sono piccole, buie e sporche.
Nonostante le ripetute richieste che la camera fosse pulita non è mai stato fatto.
Personale scortese e non disposto ad ascoltare le necessità del cliente.
Soggiorno pessimo.
Da non consigliare assolutamente

L’hotel est bruyant. On ontend tout des chambres à côté. Il y a des travaux dans l’hotel.
Et quand Expedia appelle, ils leur disent que les travaux cessent et ce n’est pas vrai.
Mauvais service d’expedia aussi.
