Perfectly located. Lovely staff. Quiet and comfortable rooms. We loved the bar/restaurant attached to it, too!

Centrally located so good for tourist activities.
No parking on site at all despite being told there was. Car park 5 mins walk away and doesn’t accept motorbikes.
Breakfast basic and not very good - best to go out for breakfast.
Rooms basic, good toiletries, no AC, quite noisy.

The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent. The staff were a bit reserved—I found myself greeting them first most of the time. If you value practicality and a great location over warm service, it’s a good choice.

We loved our little room at this perfected situated hotel. Just a 2-min walk to the Marienplatz and close in proximity to dining and history! The hotel staff was very courteous and very helpful in securing taxis and providing us with local information. Our room was small but had excellent space for clothing and places to keep our belongings. If and when I return to Munich, I would most definitely check in to Hotel Am Market again.

Excellent location, easy to find and easy to walk to many things. Did not do the breakfast so cannot comment on that but the room was very clean and everything was in working order. No problem leaving our bags until time for check-in. I would stay here again without hesitation.
