Central location, good for singles

Its location is excellent, considering it is very close to the Hauptbahnhof train station and the city center is accessible even on foot. Breakfast was good and sufficient.
Room cleanliness was poor. The beds were not comfortable at all.

Close to Train Station

Picked this hotel because it is close to the train station. The rooms were clean but small and had individual air-conditioning. The bathroom had been recently renovated and had a shower only. The bed was comfortable. The room had a small fridge, or rather a cool box as it couldn't really keep anything cold. I paid for breakfast which was OK, continental only and not very extensive. I wouldn't recommend paying extra for breakfast. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room or available in the hotel after breakfast. The area the hotel is situated in is a bit dodgy and I probably won't stay there again if I visit Munich again.

We were hoping for better..

We stayed for two nights in this hotel in one of the suites; the room was spacious (small bathroom) and also had a kitchenette. The hotel is located near the center and the station in a multi-ethnic area in the middle of many nightclubs (strip clubs); the reception staff did not seem very courteous, promptly indicating only the hotel rules and the costs for any damages; breakfast is essential and they ask for a price of 6€ for luggage storage (not even locked). The affiliated parking (16€ per day) is nearby and certainly at a reasonable price for the area in which it is located.

It was much more dated and unmentained vs the pictures. I would not recomend it to be honest as it just felt sad.
Breakfast was included but very poor but at least the coffee was decent.
