Lovely hotel, with easy access to all of Nice and the train station. Staff were really helpful and communicated with us well throughout our stay.

Not overly impressed

We were a bit disappointed with our stay. It is not easy to find from the road as it’s tucked away. The room was more run down than the pictures show. Paint was coming off the walls, our safe was broken, the door handle on the bathroom was falling off, the rug was stained, the curtains were falling off. The bed and bathroom were very clean so that was appreciated. The staff were quite helpful and friendly as well. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. They need to really give the rooms some TLC.

Thank you for your review. We were genuinely pleased to read your kind comments about our team and that you appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.
We also agree that paint should not be peeling from the wall. Unfortunately, as in any home or hotel, unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally occur. Identifying the cause and resolving it properly sometimes takes a little time, but we fully agree that this is not something we want our guests to experience.
What we do find unfortunate is that none of these concerns were brought to our attention during your stay. Instead, we received an email requesting a refund ten days after your departure. It's also worth noting that your email did not mention the curtains or any stains, nor were these issues reported while you were with us. Had we been informed, our team would have been more than happy to inspect the room and resolve any problems immediately.
We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. With the exception of the maintenance issue in the corridor, the concerns you mention could have been addressed straight away if we had been given the opportunity to do so.

Lovely room

Lovely girl in reception, the only person we met as we only stayed one night and arrived late. We had a suite which was generous in size and amenities. A short walk 5-10 mins to the sea. Very close to rail station where you can park.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, and speak excellent English. We were given an upgrade on arrival and an early check-in.
The hotel is in a good location, just minutes walk from the Nice Ville train station, and about 20 minutes walk to the Promenade d’Anglais.
The room was comfortable but simple. The walls were quite thin so sound travelled from corridors and adjacent rooms.
The security system throughout was very modern and safe, with electronic locks and CCTV.

The perfect hotel for our 9-night stay in Nice

The hotel was clean, decorated lovely and the perfect location being just two minutes walk from the train station. Despite the proximity to the train station, it wasn’t noisy from our room at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and very accommodation providing all the details we needed to access the hotel when our flight was delayed and we arrived late at night. This was the perfect hotel for our 9-night stay and I would highly recommend.
