Nice

We stayed here for two nights.
We liked the big comfortable room, the views from our window towards Pudong and the location in the leafy French Concession- lots of cool bars and nice restaurants.
We did not like the breakfast which looked good but tasted bland. We also found it a bit soulless - not a place to linger.
Staff helpful though not very smiley.
We got about using DiDi and the subway but it’s a bit of a sklep to the Bund through the traffic.

Very tall

Very tall, to say the least. Good hotel in the middle of a busy district containing restaurants & shops. Bizarre viewing window into the bathroom.

Not recommended

The hotel is absolutely not a 4-star, rather a bad 3-star! Dirty carpet everywhere, terrible bathrooms, completely nonexistent service!

A beautiful hotel, beautiful reception area and incredible views. But the wifi was very bad because we had no connection. We had room in 27th floor. And they should not call the spa a spa. There’s 1 swimming pool. And in the lockers room there’s maybe 1 sauna. Great, clean rooms

Very nice hotel

This five-star hotel exceeded every single one of my expectations. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The guest room featured elegant decoration, perfect lighting and impeccable hygiene. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with rich options, while the leisure facilities including gym and lounge were well maintained. Every member of the service team was polite and thoughtful, always ready to solve problems promptly. It was a fantastic accommodation experience, and I sincerely recommend it to all travelers.
