Checked in and got a different room than I reserved. Complained and got an upgraded room but I still liked the room I reserved. Laundry service would take 2 days and the price was higher than(almost doubled)the other hotel I used to stay. The staffs wouldn't help for the delivery food to send with their delivery robot. The elevators were shared with other floor businesses. Breakfast menu wasn't bad but the restaurant is too small to hold the guests. The same experience that I had about a year ago but never changed. Would not stay again Probably.

尊敬的宾客，您好：首先感谢您入住本酒店，非常抱歉没能让您满意，我们始终相信好的口碑一定是从客人最真诚的满意度推荐出去的。您的宝贵意见对我们很重要，您订的行政套房每个楼层2间，房间内不可能一模一样的，当天您之前住的那间已经住客人了，只能给您提供另一间，抱歉没让您满意。洗衣服务的话，我们都是送洗，当天12点前，是在第二天的下午三点之前送到，12点后就需要隔天下午了，您的洗衣是下午一点才送的，所以只能在第二天才能送到。我们酒店有送物机器人为每一位住客提供送外卖的服务，机器人送不了的也会有员工去送的。我们酒店有专用电梯，只停酒店楼层和大堂。抱歉这次满意让您满意，我们也会改进您提到的各类问题，也希望您下次还能选择我们酒店。

Nice hotel in the heart of Korea town in Shanghai. Lots of great Korean restaurants nearby as well as MixC shopping mall. Metro is 2 blocks away. Tatami room is spacious and futon bed incredibly comfortable.
