Poor hotel
The hotel was inconsistent and service was not great.
It is billed as an apartment hotel and it has plates, cups and cutlery for two. It also had two pots and pans but no spatula or other implements to stir.
There was no dish soap provided to clean the dishes or a rag. The hotel informed us we had to provide that.
The maids did clean the dishes but left them wet on the sink.
The safe in the room did not work and when asked about it the desk clerk could not fix it either.
It had a number of amenities listed that were not there such as an iron.
The hair dryer only worked on low and could not be fixed.
Hand soap was only provided once and toilet paper had to be asked for a number of times.
Only two towels were provided and when asked for more we were told no.
One day the maid left a rubber glove on the night stand another day the maid left a dirty dish sponge next to the sink.
There is no maid service on Sundays and that meant that the simple breakfast they served was not provided for Monday morning even though we paid for it.
Response from the front desk staff was not helpful.

Loved it!!!!
️ The best: The rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped, with full kitchen that makes the stay much more practical. The private terrace with spectacular views is a plus that is really appreciated. Also, the location in Los Trapenses allows easy access to shopping centers and restaurants.
What I didn't like: The occasional noise for the central location, but nothing to ruin the experience.
Would I come back? No doubt about it! Ideal for business trips or getaways as a couple, with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. But above all, it is perfect for long stays.
