Accomodation is average but the staff make it a welcoming environment

For the price, the accomodation was fine. My only issue was the shower. It was hard to work and it was not very hot at all. I love a nice hot shower. Also, they need more showers as there are only two. However, the staff were wonderful and went over and above to help me.
Werik was friendly and kind and tried his best to help me. So was an Argentinian girl on reception during the day. Thank you for your hospitality

Thifes

The staff at this hostel steal money from guests' suitcases when they leave them in the courtesy room for luggage storage at checkout. They do this just a few hours before departure. Then, when you realize your money is missing, they tell you, "I have a camera and we'll find out who stole your money," but they never send you the video and keep your money. The police in Chile do nothing. Don't go to this hotel.

The room was clean, the hot water worked good and the staff was mostly nice. The only bad thing could be that the air conditioning was turned off at night and when you sleep on the top beds, it gets really really hot also the location I don’t recommend it. I think it would be better to stay in providencia.

Stay at the Hostal/hotel was great overall. I had a little trouble finding the hotel as the gps was telling me it was located on the opposite side of the street. Look for the big yellow sign. The shared spaces and kitchen were really nice. Nice, clean bathrooms. The one thing it did need was a/c or room fans at the very least. It was very warm inside.

Its a walk from the touristy area. I like the cube but the wall was thin. The person next to me asked me to turn around bc of my snore. Felt bad but cant do much. There was only 2 restroom but not that much room so didnt have to wait long. Liked the staff overall.
