Great location and view

This was our second visit to these cabins. They are located within walking distance of the town centre and have a beautiful view overlooking Lake Llanquihue. The cabin we were given had a main bedroom, another bedroom with two beds and there were two additional beds in the living room. It has a decently sized kitchen where you can have breakfast or lunch as there is no other dining area, unless you want to sit outside on the terrace which is also am option as the view is wonderful. My only complaint is that I feel that the property needs more upkeep and investment, but this is not a deal-breaker and I would definitely return.

ESTAFA !!

Tome una reserva el 2021 y por la pandemia no se pudo ir...la dueña me dijo que la ocupara para otra ocasion...lo quise ocupar el año pasado y las cabañas ya no se arriendan por temporada o vacaciones....la Sra. Margot Vyhmeister no devuelve los dineros y se aprovecha de clientes antiguos como yo...una verguenza.

no devuelven el dinero de las reservas

Practicamente es una estafa se quedan con los dineros de las reservas y no los devuelven en este momento se van al sernac me aburrieron ESTAFADORES!!. Hay muchas personas que se quedaron los dineros de las reservas porque no podian abrir para entregar el servicio.

No devuelven el dinero de reservas

Fui cliente varios años pero la calidad ha decaído año a año. Malos calefont, sin nochero las más de las veces y el colmo es ahora que habiendo reservado con antelación y abonado la mitad del importe del alojamiento, dado que las cabañas se encuentran en una localidad que lleva semanas en cuarentena, el dueño se niega a reintegrar el dinero. Jamás ha habido un reglamento al respecto y ahora desafía a que uno haga lo que quiera porque según el, "la ley lo ampara.
Descortesía total, eviten exponerse a sus arbitrariedades.

bello

finalmente una casa vera.
con riscaldamento e tutto quello che serve.
dopo tutte le cabane provate fino ad ora questa è la migliore di tutte.
pulita e calda, trovata tramite l'ufficio turistico che dava come prezzo 80.000 peso per 6 persone, dopo la telefonata per sapere se era disponibile ci comunicano un prezzo di 60.000.
alla fine paghiamo 50.000 peso ma sicuramente ne vale la pena.
