This property wowed from the initial welcome at the front desk, which is framed by a large tropical fish tank. The first staff member went out of his way to be personable and helpful, and was extremely kind in assisting with a problem morning the garage gate. The hotel is impeccably maintained and sparkling, from the garage to the common areas to the individual guest rooms. The large show wall in shower was greatly appreciated as were the provided toiletry items, slippers and bathrobes. We made daily use of the fridge, microwave and water pitcher. It was such a nice touch to have an additional pillow of a different density provided in the room. The hotel’s location is excellent in terms of walkability and being able to easily access a variety of restaurants, stores and great coffee shops. Don’t miss Fanny Bay Oysters right next door! This was an excellent stay in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

bed was neat and clean. bathroom was clean with lots of towels. fitness room was good. plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby in the heart of Vancouver in a walkable area. surprisingly quiet at night for restful sleep

This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in. I had a private corner unit with a private wrap around patio on the 4th floor. The wallpaper in this room was so high end I thought it was mosaic tiles. The furniture was modern useful and comfy. The bed was wonderful and the sheets were so nice. The room was massive I do wish the tv was in the bedroom as well but I just left the one on in the living room to fall asleep to noise. They provided a complimentary scent water mister which was a nice touch. Parking was included so totally free with in and out privileges. Perfect location for WC. Waking up and going to sleep to a breath taking view of BC Place was the cherry on top!

While on our long journey, this was one of our favorite stays. The room was clean and inviting with comforting features such as a Nespresso machine for an afternoon refresher. Upon arrival, our AC unit seemed a bit sluggish, so we told the front desk and when we returned, it had been addressed and our room was cool. Outstanding customer service! The staff was always willing to share their knowledge of the best places to eat in Vancouver, how to best to get to the Suspension Bridge, and always ready with a smile. The orange and lemon slushie machine in the lobby was a big plus after walking in the heat all day. Overall, an excellent stay!!

An ideal spot to stay in Vancouver. An easy walk to both Yaletown and Gastown (pretty much centered between both). This means great access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and sightseeing. Very clean, spacious, and well run, with ample parking underground (which is key if you're driving in downtown Vancouver). We'll continue coming back.
