Great stay in a great city!

This luxury hotel is fantastic. The rooms are fabulous and the views exquisite. It is conveniently located just across the street form Canada Place, the cruise port and entertainment area. Several restaurants and attractions are within an easy walk and one can catch a hop on hop off tour bus less than a block away. Stanly Park is within walking distance.
The hotel features a rooftop pool (third floor), a nice workout room, spa and a rooftop garden where they grow some of their own herbs and vegetables. They even offer a tour of their apiary. Unfortunately, we did not have time for it.
There is also a restaurant on site. The grounds are well maintained, our room large and immaculate. The hotel offers a relaxed yet luxurious vibe, something lacking in many modern hotels. Even though we were close to the port, the noise was minimal (aside from helicopters during the day) and the price was about right for this level of accommodation.
We arrived in Vancouver via a cruise so it was too early to get into our room. The hotel will store your luggage in a secure room and deliver your bags to your room once it is ready. Still, we did check in to save time later. The front desk staff could not be more helpful. Francois helped us upgrade our room to a water view (it is worth the extra cost, believe me) and once he found out we were celebrating our wedding anniversary he sent us a little gift of candies with a nice card. Our room was ready early and we were able to get into it right after lunch.
The entire staff was friendly and helpful with several asking if we needed anything during our stay. We had an early flight and had to check out at 3:00 A.M. The Front Desk made sure we were good to go and the Bellman waved a cab over for us. It was an unforgettable stay and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

What a fantastic hotel. Our suite was incredible. Having gold tier was so worth it. Breakfasts were so tasty and plenty of choice. Complimentary snacks during day and evening. Loved every minute. Had a couple of trips out locally prior to boarding Celebrity Solstice. Highly recommended.

A decent place to stay although a VERY busy location due to the cruise ships. Lots of families with small screaming children. For my husband and I I would probably select a quieter hotel because we didn’t need to be close to waterfront. Enjoyed the bikes around Stanley park but go early as it gets busy after 10. The ARC bar was quite nice but again you can hear unruly children throughout the day.

Amazing hotel and staff

Had an amazing few days at the Fairmont Waterfront. It’s ideally situated to explore Vancouver. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely go back there.

Enjoyable stay ! Will return.

Thank you to the Fairmont Gold staff for a great stay! It was for our Daughter’s 7th birthday. A card and birthday cupcake greeted her upon our arrival ! What a great personal touch!
The room was well kept and very clean. The staff were very attentive and professional.
We look forward to our next stay at the Fairmont Waterfront.
