The rooms were fair … funny a hotel called atrium and the atrium was empty. Front staff although pleasant had absolutely no experience to help with questions such as places to order food or go to etc …. Doors to the room do not close properly …. My rpm the bed was never made

Not as expected. The promotion of the property makes it seem well more than it really is. It was clean enough but it’s an older place. The room numbers on the doors were stickers. There was a stall in the lobby ladies room that you could use but not flush and had to put your waste in a trash can. The staff were not overly friendly but not rude. 3 1/2 stars on the staff. The hotel advertises balcony rooms but they are concrete walls. Not clean. No furniture so can’t sit on your balcony and relax and the view is of row homes and trash cans. This hotel is not near the port or beautiful downtown Vancouver. They advertise free cruise shuttle but have limited seats and transport so if you don’t want to go two hours early or last minute to your cruise you may have to pay for your own transport. The included breakfast was fine for what it was to just get your day started and be on your way. There was a decent attached restaurant for an evening drink and the food was good so the best part was having a place to relax before bed. If you’re using this hotel as a place to just lay your head before your cruise it’s fine. Not great. A lot of cruisers here. If you are spending a lot of money for a dream vacation and this hotel is part of your itinerary, then don’t stay here.
