Staff were very nice and friendly. Don't waste your money on the breakfast. It's the same things and quality as any other free continental breakfast at other hotels. The pillows were mediocre at best. Or maybe I just had bad ones. Not sure. Overall the hotel is very nice. Clean. And the staff were great. The pub has good food.

Had a 4 night stay with family. We enjoyed the stay, rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is kept clean and staff are friendly. There is a daily breakfast buffet for an extra fee which has a full buffet but the only thing is that there are the exact the same things daily. It was delicious but different types of eggs and maybe bacon occasionally instead of sausages everyday would have been a great option. Other than that, the stay was great.

Denied reservation.

Had reservation for July 19. Hotel denied me day-of when checking in. Pre-paid through expedia, upon arrival this hotel denied my booking and I'll be sleeping in my vehicle tonight.

Great stay at four points south

I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton SouthMy room was spotless every day, with fresh towels, neatly made beds, and everything replenished without having to ask. The attention to detail and cleanliness was outstanding and doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you to Hardeep for making my stay comfortable. I would gladly stay here again!
