The room was not cleaned especially the bathroom. A few things in the bathroom were broken as well. The staff was friendly and responsive.

The room wasn't vacuumed very well. Sheets were stained but clean. Mirror was very streaky. The hallway leading to the room wasn't vacuumed very well. I couldn't find the ice machine. Very thin door between the rooms .
Very transient area, train tracks right behind the hotel
The air conditioner did not work well despite it being turned to maximum cool.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nightmare Stay

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we got to our room, there were hairs in the bed and dirty, used socks inside the wardrobe. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable.
To make things even worse, the electricity wasn’t working, so we didn’t even have proper lights in the room.
When we went to the reception to complain, the staff simply told us, “What do you expect for so little money?” That response was unbelievable. No matter how much a room costs, guests should at least expect clean bed sheets and working electricity. Instead of helping us or offering fresh bedding, they dismissed our concerns.
It was an absolute nightmare of a night. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The front desk guy was very funny, it’s nice to bring laughter to people that you just met. I would go back just to chat with him again 😂

When I arrived I was not welcomed with a smile or greeting. The man did check me in 5 minutes early as I arrived. He did share with me the restaurants that were available within the area etc. His mannerisms were terrible and when I asked questions he was quick to answer and seemed annoyed. The room was clean ish. The cleanliness was less than basic. No attention to the details of cleaning the coffee tray or machine. The corners of the room, bathroom, behind the tv were nasty. I cleaned hotel rooms for 2 years and I could tell this place was not done with care for health and safety of their guests.
The staff at check out apparently were the managers and they were not welcoming either. No friendly greetings and didn’t ask me how my stay was. I will not be going back there and I hope they read this with an open mind. Please do major training for you and your staff in hospitality and communication.
