Good location

This hotel situated on the edge of town overlooking the river. Quiet location, next door to the edmonton convention center. Nice outdoor seating and rooms are roomy. Can walk to most attractions in 15 minutes. Bus to the west edmonton mall just in front of the convention center.

Lovely hotel. Got an upgraded room for our 50 th birthday celebration. Staff was helpful and accommodating. The views of the river were stunning.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Check in was a bit of a struggle due to new software (were not able to find my reservation). Property could upgrade pillows.

Inadequate staff

I travel very frequently and a titanium member with Bonvoy. I booked a 2 queen room high floor. I went in to check in today. The representative that help me was kind of hesitant but stepped in. First thing he said was for my ID and I asked will I be upgraded?? He said for the room type you booked nothing is available. My titanium status has an enhanced room upgrade. He would not give me any other room. So I just took it. Upon getting in the room, the beds were literally pressed up next to the TV. I could not move in there. I went back down and he asked if there was a problem?? I said let me speak to the manager. He goes…there is no other rooms..and he went in..,then comes out and I say because of my disability I cannot move!! Then he goes..ohhhhh let me check again…then the manager comes out and she goes what can I do?? I just said…I just want the refund so I can go across the street to the Westin where they treated me right…then she says..I can upgrade you to executive suit but lower floor..I said your establishment left a bad taste in my mouth and I just want a refund…horrible this place

Amazing View! Patio was lovely and staff were all friendly and went out of their way to ensure your stay was great.
