Well for a stay of 7 days they only provide 1 towels.
Then the bathroom had some mold in it.
They were some cockroach near the stove area
Beside the lady was help full when it came to help with the facial recognition. But that was bit of hassle to get it done because they didn't send the required information on time for me to register on time.

This neighborhood is not the best in complete gentrification, but you should know that if you know São Paulo,
The apartment complex is nicely renovated but seems
Poorly manage, apartment wasn’t clean properly, mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere. The electric keypad was disfonctional.
Such a shame beside the neighbor this could have been a decent stay

Apartamento com infiltração na parede do banheiro e forte cheiro de mofo.
Enxoval do apartamento em falta e não foi entregue durante o período de estadia, apesar de várias solicitações junto à equipe de atendimento.
Precisei comprar toalhas e roupa de cama.

Chek in lento, atendimento demorado pelo WhatsApp, banheiro com problemas, falta de itens da cozinha, como garfo e talheres, e pouco papel higiênico para muitos dias e para quantidade de pessoas!
